What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and paypal. You don't need a paypal account in order to pay with paypal.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes we do! You must provide us with a copy of your valid resellers permit. Please email us at wholesale@instylestamps.com to receive an application.
What type of stamps do you sell?
We sell premium quality un-mounted, deeply etched, natural gum rubber stamps. All of our stamps are die cut. Our stamps can be used with any type of crafting inks.
Simply use a wood or acrylic block sold at your local crafting store and stamp away!
Do you accept applications for your Design Team?
Yes. Our design team terms last 6 months. After that a member must wait at least 6 months before applying again unless otherwise decided. If you are interested please email us at designteam@instylestamps.com We’ll be happy to send you all the information.
How can I become a guest designer?
We are always on the look out for new talent. We scour the internet on a daily basis looking for crafts we’d like to feature here on our site. However, we are selective when it comes to our guest designer spots. Should you like us to consider your craftiness, send us an email at designteam@instylestamps.com
How do you create your stamps?
Our creative team brainstorms which images we’d like to see and then we let our talented artist and illustrators on staff work their magic. Do you have an image in mind that you’d like to see in one of our styles? We’d be happy to hear your suggestion. Email us at customerservice@instylestamps.com
Can I place an order over the phone?
You sure can! Call us at 800.854.3143 during the hours of 10 am - 6 pm P.S.T Monday through Friday and a member of our staff will be happy to assist you. Once your order is taken we will send an invoice via email if provided or snail mail. Your order will be processed and shipped once your payment is received.
Do you offer Gift Certificates
Yes we do. They are sold in increments of $25.00. Click here for more details.
How long does it take to receive my digital download purchase?
At the current time digital downloads are sent with 24 hours of purchase. Normally we send the item(s) within 4 hours. In the near future we are looking to offer instant gratification so that when you purchase the download it is available immediately. |
