InStyle Stamps is dedicated to not only providing a great shopping experience but making sure your order arrives to you in a timely manner.  Most orders ship within 2 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) of purchase.  Should there be a delay, you will be notified within 24 hours. 

At this time we ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail.  If you would like to use another carrier please email us and we’d be happy to try to accommodate you. 

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

To ensure accuracy all orders are double checked prior to shipping.  Your order will be carefully packaged.  As an option insurance is available.

For orders up to $44.99 the shipping cost is $4.80.

For orders over $45.00 shipping is FREE!

Please allow 7-10 days from the date your item shipped for your order to be received.

Express mail is available for an additional cost.  Email us at orders@instylestamps.com for more information.

We allow up to 30 days for returns of new, unused or damage/defective product.  All items being returned must be in original packaging.  Simply call us at 800.854.3143 and speak with a customer care agent to receive an RMA# which must accompany your return.  No refunds will be given without an RMA #.  Shipping fees will not be included in the refund.

We understand mistakes can happen. And should one occur with your order we will be happy to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.  If there is a spelling error due which we are responsible for we will either redo the order for no additional cost to you or refund your monies.  Should the error occur because of wrong information given to us by you, we will redo the order for an additional fee.
